The HERO (Holistic Empowerment & Relief Options) Healthcare Program is a
6-month holistic pilot program for 50 veterans in Grand Rapids, Michigan — founded by a veteran
who understands the devastating cycle of Chronic Pain and mental health struggles.
We fight PTSD, Chronic Pain, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), anxiety, and trauma through a
evidence-based blend of natural supplements, holistic therapies, peer support, and clinician
oversight. Not another VA waiting room — a courageous, first-of-its-kind natural healing program.
Who This Is For
Phase 1 is open exclusively to veterans struggling with one or more of:
- PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder)
- Chronic Pain
- Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
- Anxiety & Trauma

Each participant receives a personalized combination of evidence-based treatments:
Targeted SupplementationScience-backed nutrients and botanicals to support pain relief, mood, and cognition.
Holistic TherapiesMassage, acupuncture, breathwork, and mindfulness practices tailored to each veteran.
Peer SupportVeteran-to-veteran connection and group sessions facilitated by trained peers.

Weekend RetreatsOptional monthly retreats with nature immersion, meals, live music, and guided therapy.
